I love this little machine. Picks up real well one button press and you have your hand vac. Keep in mind this is not a full size vacuum cleaner it is an auto broom. The cup is small but powerful. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I've had my new washer for two weeks now, and so far it has been working great , clothes comes out very clean. I originally wanted the model without the fancy control knob, but it wasn't available, so I ended up getting this one. My only concern is longevity. With all the added technology and electronics, I wonder how well it will hold up over time. I'm a bit old-school and tend to prefer simpler machines with durable, long-lasting mechanical components rather than a lot of high-tech features. Overall, though, I'm very happy with it so far..
