I wanted a surround for my adjustable bed base and this fit the bill. I did not need the slats or slat supports. It took me about 1 1/2 hours to put it together myself at 72 years old. I wanted the shelf and USB charging ports and an ac outlet and lighting. I got everything I needed. The big box store wanted between $300 and $1200 for some frames with either power or charging but not both. Weight requirements did not matter since I used my own adjustable base. Only one flaw; the plugs are positioned in a way that two phone chargers can't be plugged together. One phone charger and my MacBook's plug can't coexist either, could've easily been solved by separating the outlets a tiny bit. Such a small detail that could've made this bed perfect otherwise. First photo, phone charger barely connects (it's lifted). Second photo, phone charged and MacBook charger can't be plugged together, as you can see the MacBook charger is making a false contact (no power).
