Only one flaw; the plugs are positioned in a way that two phone chargers can't be plugged together. One phone charger and my MacBook's plug can't coexist either, could've easily been solved by separating the outlets a tiny bit. Such a small detail that could've made this bed perfect otherwise. First photo, phone charger barely connects (it's lifted). Second photo, phone charged and MacBook charger can't be plugged together, as you can see the MacBook charger is making a false contact (no power). This new bedframe is ok. Baskets in big drawers could be a little larger. And Im not sure why the small drawers at the foot of the bed dont have wooden fronts panels, and it's difficult to keep mattress on frame. It slids sideways when you sit on or try to make the bed. I just set this bed up and I’m happy with it so far. The height of the bed is perfect due to the slope in my ceiling to the wall, and it looks well-proportioned in the room. The upholstered headboard looks great in person and gives the space a clean, elevated feel. Assembly was straightforward and everything lined up as it should. Once assembled, the bed feels very solid and stable with no creaking or movement. The upholstery fabric is soft to the touch, but it is on the thinner side, which I actually don’t mind since it still looks smooth and tailored. The frame itself feels sturdy and well constructed. The only issue I had is that my order did not include the charging station that was listed. I’ve reached out to customer service about the missing piece, but even without it, I’m very satisfied with the bed overall.
