I'm impressed with this bookcase. The wood is higher quality than I expected, and it was not too hard to put together. It is a very nice-looking piece of furniture. It looks great in my son’s room, and it fits his books well. My only complaints are that the thin back panel was just slightly too small, so it was tricky to nail into place, and the anti-tip system was not well-designed. The instructions showed it screwed into the fiberboard back panel, which would not be strong enough to prevent it tipping over. I used my own earthquake proofing anti-tip kit, and it worked fine.. Lovely, well made bench. I like that the back is slightly curved which is great for lumbar support. I wish the depth of the seat was a little bit greater. From back to front it measures 17.5 inches, which feels a little shallow even for me at 5'4" tall. I also wish the back was leaned back at a slight angle versus being straight up & down. I do like this swing. It was quite easy to put together, just watch as some of the bolts are similar in size. The part I don’t like is the chain placement, I think over time it will indent the arm of the swing. It has started to already as you can see in the one picture.
