Don’t freak out if the box it comes in has the wrong dimensions printed on it. The one I got said 10x10, but I ordered 10x12. I had to Google it, and I read that as long as the stickers with the QR code says 10x12, it’s probably going to be the right size. They just use the same box for multiple sizes. The color was true to the photos, on the site. The fabric is a good weight, and quality. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was more velcro on the tie backs, so it would be more adjustable. I had to leave it loose. Also, some thin ties at the bottom would have been nice, to help keep it from lifting as much, when it’s really windy, and raining. It rained after installation, and the water did bead up on the fabric, so it is water resistant, like they say in the description. Over all, it is a quality product! Good quality heavy canvas-like material, like the original was. Not the thin polyester junk that many sell. The top tier was almost too tight, but luckily my frame was adjustable so it fit. The main canopy fits well, could actually be a little bit tighter but really not complaining. Pretty happy with it considering how my other one was looking after only one year with way above normal high wind. Have it up for the second season. Good quality but should be made stronger where poles are attached. Had to put gorilla tape over the tares. update - this past summer it tore so much it has to be replaced. Someone should design these with stronger fabric. Update july 2024. Adds color to my backyard. It is lightweight & was easy for me to hang. I roll it up when not in use (& I want more sun coming through.)
