This came very quickly, exceptionally, packaged, and easy to install. I did not read the directions fully, and you have the option of putting two brackets on the wall and two brackets on the bottom. The style and quality of this rainfall showered is top of the line. I can't wait for the plumber to install it. In this era of DIY and independence, I had high hopes of truly doing it myself. The one huge downfall for this unit is the lack of decent instructions, which are ridiculously simplistic. For one thing, not all showers have a straight pipe from the wall, as seen in the photo. I, have still, NOT quite absorbed, THIS EXTRAORDINARY Customer Service, but the NEW assembly arrived, yesterday. The "black watermark" is on the left side of the top of the shower head, but can possibly be removed with the vinegar/water solution recommended. There is no additional defect & your Customer Service has been EXCELLENT. IT'S been a Very long time since my shower massage was replaced, & I am pleased with this bright, shiny new one. Thank you.
