This is great! The box was heavy but the packaging was sustainable, which is important to me. There was not a lot of waste. Note unless you are a plumber, get help to install. You want to be sure that the water works correctly because there is a small and big flush option. My plumber took about 90 minutes to install. The electrical work is easy, you just plug into an outlet. There is a battery (included) for if you ever lose power. Note that will only allow the toilet to flush. The heat, automatic flush and cleaning needs power. What I love is the automaticity of everything. The sensor recognizes when you walk in and the lid opens and the blue light comes on. The remote allows you to place it where convenient. It also allows you to choose your flush, heat seat level, and clean. There is a foot sensor so you can raise the seat, if needed. Originally I ordered what was defined as a "set". however, I only received the toilet base, no tank! After contacting Wayfair, they corrected the problem and sent the tank as well.
