Really happy with these chairs. The backs provide firm support, the adjustable feet and head rests are comfortable, the saved positions add nice convenience, and the stitching gives a sleek stylish look. The only improvement I can think of, though not worth docking a star, is that I am 5'10" and if the seat backs went up just another couple inches it would fit my head and neck better, currently the motorized neck rest starts on my shoulder blades, and I either have to slouch a bit or extend the head rest forward more than I might otherwise extend it to get past my shoulders.. Just purchased a lake front lot wanted a gazebo for entertaining. Looked at lots of options and settled on this one because it fit in with the nature of the lot and the cedar framing was such a nice feature. It took 3 weekends to assemble but my husband and I really enjoyed the process. Directions were sufficient for a couple of amateur’s. We have received so many compliments on it. The items came in two boxes. I don't know if it manufacture packaging or the handling by the delivery but the LED lights under one of the chairs don't work. I paid for assembly and it took him about 30 minutes to set up both chairs. These chairs look very sleek. I have been having pieces too large for my space but these chairs are slim fit and suitable for a small space. The chairs are firm and comfortable. I purchased these to replace my modular sectional. The difference I feel in my lumbar area is noticeable. The zero degree gravity feature is amazing and is totally relaxing. I feel asleep for hours and it was a comfortable sleep. The side arm storage is great. I am able to store my laptop, tv headphones, remotes and still have room for more items. The table is small and compact but is enough space for me to use my laptop.
