I received two rolls and put one roll under the bed and decided to put the other roll up on the wall. There is still so much roll left over but I just did not want to move the dresser to tape it down the bottom. The tape is sticky and has held up for almost a month now and it is still going strong. You have an on and off switch and you also have three different light settings. If your light is on in your closet and you walk in the sensor will not go off, which is nice.
