We currently have 6 of these in our 92K sq. ft. office building and as the person who takes care of these I can tell you that when they are working they are a great asset. After 5 years of being installed we are consistently having problems with 2 of them turning off. After replacing every single electrical component including the dedicated outlets that these are plugged into we are still having problems. Why would this be designed for the chiller to be located under the lower fountain bowl? There's a ton of room on the left side (upper fountain). This is absolutely ridiculous! The swirlflo units need traps behind the panel which is difficult with the chiller in place. The rough-in sheet is horrible. The bottle filler drain design is not good either.
