A very good range/stove that we have used for the last year. It has a few idiosyncrasies to which we have become accustomed. The clock is ridiculously hard to set. We have to look it up every time the time/date changes. There is no automated option. No smart connection for this unit at all, which is a plus and a minus. The power is insanely good. It can boil water so fast. The oven is very even. The unit feels solid. Placing a pot on an unused hob will result in a clicking noise that happens every few seconds. At first this drove me nuts, but now it's fine. The induction is fairly loud, especially when placed at a high level. The stainless steel scratches fairly easily. At first this was annoying, but now it's a kind of patina. This thing gets some serious use daily and I'm okay with it. Delivery was uneventful. I did need to make some mods to my electrical outlet but that was no big deal. Cost me $200 to get an electrician out. Make sure you have the outlets and plugs that you want/need in advance.. Adam. I’ve grown to hate appliances with overly complicated computers in them. They constantly break and never work well. I love that this stove only has the features you need for cooking. The burners work very well and are true to the temperatures you select. I used to have Cafe ranges and they all would get way too hot and were more difficult to control. This Kucht range is more true and is much easier to cook with. You can still get things scorching hot if you want, but you can also gently simmer. One thing I don’t like is that the broiler is only down the center of the oven. I often finish dishes off under the broiler to get things browned quickly on top. The broiler feature will only work on things near the center so you can’t get an even broil over a casserole for instance. Thankfully I have a second oven or this would be a big issue for me. The other slight issue is that parts of the exterior get quite warm when the oven on. Especially near the bottom. Not great when young kids are in the house. It's exactly what my wife wanted, and she's happy with it. For installation, the gas line and the electrical wire have to share a very small space at the bottom in the back. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included. The ILVE Professional Plus 36-inch range is combined with a brushed finish for knobs and handles. The large multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100 to 500° F. The 3.5 cubic feet oven cavity is coated with an easily clean enamel and can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The induction range has 6 heating zones with a maximum power output of 3700W. The bridge function is available for the two left-side induction zones. Each area is controlled with knobs.
