We got the 9x12 foot size and the rug was folded in half and then rolled, but it’s been laid out flat for 24 hours and flattening out quickly. Definitely happy with this purchase. I really like what I had, but it’s just too much of a hassle to give a shag rug a deep clean, so replacing it made better sense to me. I thought I found a great and similar rug in a different brand. The measurements were close to the same too, so I ordered two. It’s a good thing I liked my old rugs! The new ones are the same! lol! I’m okay with that!
