They feature water-deflecting flaps that extend 5/16 in. beyond the frameless glass shower door bottoms. This Chain Door Lock is constructed of steel components and comes in a beautiful, corrosion-resistant, classic bronze finish. Typically these are used on inswing doors that you may want extra security on. With this door guard properly installed you can safely and securely either vent the room or open your door slightly. All the necessary mounting hardware is included for a quick and easy installation. Additionally this can be used as a child safety lock if mounted high enough for your child to not be able to reach.

The threads on sheet metal screws are designed to pull two materials tightly together. When attaching metal to wood, it is especially important to pre-drill a hole. These stainless steel screws are rust and corrosion resistant.

This is a left-handed diecast casement locking handle with an offset base found on many contemporary casement windows (as viewed for the inside looking out). Made of cadmium plated steel, it has break-off points between holes every 1/2 in. This allows for a range from 1-13/16 in. to 5-5/16 in. in length. Any one of the lengths in between this range will be adequate for most situations.

These unslotted security barrel nuts are constructed of steel and come in a chrome plated finish. These fasteners are manufactured with #10-24 threads and have a reach of 1/2 inch, with a 1/4 inch outside diameter, and a 1/2 inch head diameter. Unslotted barrel fasteners like these are commonly used with T-27 Torx and one-way tamper-proof shoulder screws in commercial restroom applications. Barrel nuts like these are also known as bolts and Chicago bolts in the fastener industry, and they are designed for use where through bolting is desired with a head on both sides, as commonly used for the installation of restroom stall hardware.

These shelf pegs are constructed of plastic and come in a clear finish for increased concealment. They are designed to receive 1/2 inch thick shelves and can support a maximum of 5 pounds each, per peg. The main feature of these shelf pegs is the self-locking tabs that secure the 1/2 inch thick shelves in place, preventing tipping and rotating of shelves. The 1/4 inch outside diameter pegs have a 5/16 inch depth and feature serrated stems for a stronger grip. Adjustment Tip: To remove and relocate these support pegs, the tabs which lock in the shelves must be pushed in and held in while twisting the shelf upward in a clockwise direction if lifting the shelf from the left side. If shelf will be lifted upward starting from the right side, push and hold in the locking tabs of the support pegs (on the right) while twisting the shelf upward in a counter-clockwise direction from the right side. To accomplish this task a third or fourth hand may be required. Another option would be to slide in a couple of old credit cards or business cards in between the shelf's edge and the locking tab of the support pegs. This may assist causing the locking tabs to be pressed in by the cards when pushing up on one side of the shelf. Make sure the cards to be used are no longer needed as it is possible they will scratch and no longer be useful. Once the shelf is removed from its supports, the supports can be pulled out from the cabinet and relocated to desired height.
