I ordered 2 chairs for my kitchen. I like that the chairs are made of ash, a hardwood. I expect them to hold up well. The arms and overall style make them very comfortable. One of the chairs will benefit from stain touchups at the joinery point in the back and on the inside of one arm, but these are minor issues. Additionally, if anything touches the seat it’s going to immediately stain and there is no cleaning them and they smell like chemicals. I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience.
