Surely you could have done a better job at writing some simple directions or with the connection design. I have put pieces like this together with my eyes closed, but following these directions, the bolts were upside down, and I had to take everything apart and start over. My husband loves his but was too large for me. Went to local store to look at chairs. Found a Lazy boy chair I had seen on Wayfair. Price at Wayfair was less than local store with free delivery. Local store was charging $150.00 for delivery. Plus, Wayfair gave a discount to cover the cost of pickup, package and delivery for the returned chair.
