This post lamp was very well packed. It arrived in perfect condition. As advertised, it was easy to install, and the light provides a very nice glow. It can be set up with a part that meets dark sky standards, which our community requires. The design syncs well with modern mission transitional style. I made the mistake of ordering two because the site froze up before I submitted, so I thought I needed to resubmit. Turns out that the initial order did go through, and now all that is left to do is to return the second one that was ordered in error. Be prepared to wait awhile to resolve Wayfair returns. This shade was a great replacement for the old, yellow one that broke. It features a soft, bright matte white finish. Although it comes with a cap equipped with two holes for pull chains, only the center chain is functional because the opening is too narrow to use the fan chain—at least for my model of fan.
