It’s heavy and will take you some time to assemble.They recommend 2 people- which I don’t have - however, I managed to move the heavy box- I estimate 100 pounds- inside by myself. The directions were long - over 10 pages- but were actually very organized and understandable- shocking!! Working alone and meticulously I was able to complete the assembly - assembly took me roughly 6 hours - building at a leisurely pace- making sure to follow the steps exactly. The stand is a beast - it’s over built with metal supports and legs- overkill amount of bolts holding it together and solid panels framing it all. Rating it at a 1500lb capacity is probably accurate. I have several reptizoo tanksterrariums, but this one was the worst I ever put together. Sides are kinda flimsy since it only came with back glass slides. Only thing holding the sides in place is the top which was a pain to get lined up and screwed down. It’s nice! Looks more like furniture piece rather just a reptile tank. Very study real wood.. easy to assemble to maybe 25-30 mins. All the parts and screws and extra was in package.
