I just used this tent for my first outdoor art market. It was a sunny, calm day and I didn't use 2 of the sidewalls -- and the tent performed very well. I can't comment on how it would be in windy and rainy weather. One word of caution: the tent is quite heavy and definitely takes 2 people to set up. So if you're a vendor who will be setting up and selling solo, you'll definitely have to ask for help! One recommendation: try setting the tent up once before you take it to a market. It is a bit confusing at first and a run-through will save a lot of time. I bought this for my birthday party spillover out on my deck in Oregon in October. It was rainy and cold! I did not have super high hopes, given all the tents and reviews I searched up. I'm happy to say that this 10x20 tent was great! Nothing ripped, bent or broke. It was a little difficult to put up, only because it's big and it takes a little strength to extend and pop all the legs in place. 4 people are really best to pull out the legs and extend the tent fully. The sides went up easy with Velcro attachments and looked really nice. We had propane fire pit going and everyone stayed dry and warm, even with a little bit of wind. Wonderful long tent that I used for a preschool graduation with four six foot tables and twenty eight folding chairs. It kept everyone shaded, however the window panels kept trapped the hot air in.
