First, let me say that working with Wayfair is great, even when there's a shipping glitch. So I'll start from the beginning, in April of 2021 we purchased 4 of the Polywood Vineyard Curveback Adirondack chairs in slate gray. After a party in May, my wife and I realized that a bench would be the final touch to our patio. I went online and found the Polywood Vineyard bench, but it was out of stock and wouldn't be available until late November. We chose to wait on it so that our furniture would match. Much to our surprise, we received an email in late July that our bench was on the way. When we received our (large and heavy) package, we were so disappointed that it had been damaged in shipping. I called Wayfair, sent in pictures of the damage and they said they would send another bench. Ten days later we received our new bench, undamaged. My wife is happy now. Happy wife, happy life! The build quality feels very solid and durable—it definitely doesn’t have that flimsy plastic feel. Once you sit down, it feels stable and well-balanced. The reclining angle is comfortable, making it perfect for relaxing in the backyard or just soaking up some sun. The armrests are a great addition. They provide good support and make it much easier to get in and out of the chair. Another big plus is the material—it’s weather-resistant, so I don’t have to worry about rain or sun exposure, and it requires almost no maintenance. Overall, it looks great, feels comfortable, and seems like it will last for years. Definitely one of those purchases that makes you wonder why you didn’t get it sooner.
