Monument Grills offers pre-seasoned cookware without synthetic chemicals. Use the flat side for pancakes, eggs, crispy pizza, etc., and the ribbed side for meats, steaks, broiling, and more. The cast iron grill/griddle heats up within a few minutes. Clean it with hot water, dry it, then use a paper towel with cooking oil to wipe it all over, distributing the heat evenly.

My order came very quickly, as promised. I chose to purchase a previously opened box. All bolts and nuts were in the box, scattered about, but all was there. The tool, if there was one, to put the stools together wasn’t in the box and the directions were not as well. But they were fairly easy to assemble once I got on a roll.
