Pattern is a little more 'busy' than I'd hoped - but install was relatively easy and it gets the job done. We purchased this to add privacy, but more importantly, to cut down on reactive barking with our senior Yorkie. Worked like a charm, and my plants LOVE the diffused light that this provides for a previously scorching south facing window! We also have a 95 lb puppy who has jumped at the glass door several times and scratched it - however if you have a normal, well adjusted dog, you'll probably be fine. LOL. We have noticed SOME bubbling on our mudroom door/window - not related to any dog interference, but all in all does the job, If i were to order again, I'd use a less detailed pattern.. Jen. It worked perfectly for what we needed it for! It looks like real wood rom afar and it was super easy to apply. We couldn’t get a new mirror for our bathroom but I wants it to look wooden and this wrapped around the frame perfectly!
