No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. We needed to take our snow removal up to a better level and searched and read reviews for a snow blower that help us remove higher heights of snow and decided to go with this Powersmart 24 inch two stage gas snow blower. The assembly wasn't too bad and the quality, price and durability pleased me. Snow is Chicago since assembling it hasn't been much, but I look forward to using it and adding to this review later. This past weekend, we got alot of snow and so I finally had a chance to operate this snow blower to clear the sidewalks at my church. Well, the Powersmart snow blower did well and I was able to clear paths on the two city block sides around our church property.
