My only suggestion would be to package it in a storage box. I know it's a wooden board game, but right now, I keep the dice in a separate container, and it would be easy to have everything stored together with the board. This took about 3 hours to set up with two adults and a kid grabbing parts. Easier if you have a drill with a screw head and a hex head. If you follow the directions slowly and make sure you align parts as you go perfect it turns out great. The only hard part was getting the final back covers on was on the carpet and would have been easier. The balls are pretty lightweight and they will fly around if the kids roll them too hard.
