Okay, look...this thing is a nice looking item, and actually well made, but the instructions are LITERALLY WRONG AT THE LAST STEP. I'm not an idiot and I put together many things but I had to disassemble parts of it that were pre-put together to make it work. Somebody less handy would have trouble. Still, nice item. These are sturdy and well made lecterns. I have purchase 5 of these over the past couple of years. I have also purchased several other VFI podiums. I believe they are a bit over-priced for what they are made out of (fiberboard with laminate), but they should prove to be durable over time. The multiple grommet locations are great for different cabling options. The doors on the front and back also are great for getting computer equipment installed. One thing that stands out is the height, which is not too high for "height-challenged" individuals. This lectern also includes a slide out keyboard/mouse shelf.
