I am always leary when I order an expensive item such as a fireplace on line. However, this did not disappoint! I am so impressed on the aesthetics and quality of this product. The packaging was superb and not a chip on the concrete. The assembly was a bit of challenge since I had it framed differently from the instructions in order to accentuate the arch. The pictures don’t do justice. I really love the French Provençal look it’s giving. This definitely will anchor the vibe that I’m trying to achieve with my house renovation goals! I picked these stone veneers as they were neutral colored. I went back and painted a light white over the veneers and sponged the paint in. Added a wood frame and indirect lighting. Love the wall and am so happy with the overall look. I ordered 16 veneers in all so four packages. I laid them all out on the floor first to get a pattern that flowed. The veneers don’t all lay flat so I used a wood frame behind them and attached them to the frame with Brad nails. Easy to attach to frame and with the nails and you can pull them off and adjust if need be. Very easy to work with. I even had to cut 5” off the bottom row and super easy to cut with jigsaw. Used this WL550 sealer on a powerwashed 20+ year old patio. This product did a good job reviving some color without the fake looking shine of sealers with glossy finishes. I wouldn't call it a 100% "wet look' when done -- would have preferred a little darker -- but given the age of the patio, the results were pretty good. I used about 2 1/3 gallons to cover 365 sq ft using a pump sprayer. Product had a strong odor, but it dissipated soon after the job.
