It took 3 tries to receive a full box of unbroken tiles. Not packed well!! The agents at Wayfair couldn’t have been more helpful. After second box came broken(every tile) I was assured that the next box would b usable. I was not convinced but a full box of unbroken tile showed up at my front door almost immediately.
