We have several birdfy feeders now around our house. So far this one has been great - the camera is clear & picks up movement just like the others do, and the reservoir holds a good amount of nectar for whoever wants to stop by. That being said, some improvements it could use: - the unit is light enough that hanging it as it is will allow it to blow around in a strong enough wind. We'll probably put a 4x4 post in the ground and velcro the feeder to the top of the post. For future iterations of this they may want to go with a different support system. - it states that it's ant-resistant. We haven't had any big ants end up in the nectar, but I have had some smaller ants drown, so it should probably get a few improvements in that area All in all, we're happy with our purchase. I bought these little feeders because I have noticed my hummers do not like to share a feeding station, so this one bird feeder seemed like a good idea. Smaller than described, the feeder actual feeder is less than 6” so I think the price was a little high. The sparrow flat has three appartments as sparrows like to live together. As well as sparrows, you can expect the tree sparrow, bleu tit or great tit to visit the flat. The best place to hang the flat is quiet, sheltered spot. During winter, the nesting box is often used as a sheltering and sleeping spot.
