When we remodeled our bathroom, we encountered a wall that could not be moved, leaving us with a smaller shower space than desired with less natural daylight. These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. The 6 slim led lights are replacing 6 round halogen lights. The installation was relatively easy because the wiring already existed.
