Nice product but it was clearly something that had previously been returned. They come with small starter packets of saltpepper and my pepper grinder already had the pepper in it. Not recommended for sea salt. Mills comes partially filled with rock salt for immediate enjoyment. Classic grind adjustment: turn the top knob tighter (clockwise) for finer grinds; looser (counter-clockwise) for coarser grinds. Made in France.
