The way it was packaged is if someone else had sent it back. it was in a box labeled dog pads, and it was thrown in there. The cord was just thrown in there wasn’t tied up like you would normally see with a new one., but it worked and my dog loved it, and after showing him a couple of times he was able to do it by himself. The instruction booklet was very basic and it was pretty confusing to set the time and correspond the feeding times.
