As advertised. Slide in security panel was warped when it arrived and the box was a bit torn in one spot. Not very securely packaged, but I was able to re-form the slide in panel, and make it work. It would be a 5 star rating if it had come with a second panel to go on the outside position which would make it more secure. The aluminum frame is very well designed and fits together nicely. Works great! My cat absolutely loves it and took to it in a day. We both appreciate that she doesn’t need my help any more getting out, as raising the window was a hassle. The ability to lock it so she can only come in makes it easy to set a time when we don’t want her to go back out while still letting her come in of her own volition.
