This is Lupita, an escape artist disguised as a spunky mini schnauzer. She had managed to wedge her way out of any tiny gap in our fence. Long story short, we ended up replacing an entire back fence to keep her in our yard....which didn’t work! She managed to wedge through the new fence. Our fence was lined with rocks and stones in an attempt to keep her in but she still dug around them UNTIL...my husband found this!!!! I hammered them in to all of the areas she was wedging through and she has not gotten out of our yard since! Simply amazing! I would definitely recommend it. Be prepared to spend a day assembling this kennel! It arrived in 3 large boxes, 100lbs each but well packed and lined with wood. All of the various parts are letter coded, the best is that all of the bolts and screws are the same size for the entire structure. The materials are heavy duty, it is best to have 2 people working and holding panels to get everything lined up. My only complaint is the main doors. For some reason the hinges ARE the screws, which doesn’t seem secure or could loosentighten over time. Second is that there is a fairly large gap between the doors and the rest of the kennel where all other pieces are very tight together. I’m using this for chickens and will need to come up with a solution to fill in that gap. All in all, I think this is great quality. It came with ground stakes to prevent the wind from taking it. I put this at a 4 not for quality but for installation. It is difficult to install. Drilling in concrete requires a hammer drill.
