A great product! I was pleasantly surprised to find this existed! The only note, it is VERY strict about 72 hours... I tried to set it up to open once daily at 9AM for three days but since I was setting it at 7AM it wouldn't let me set past 7AM on the 3rd day. Which is ok! This was a replacement for one that lasted 5 years (including midwest winters)... my 2 cats love hanging out in this. This gate was a pain to set up. Really needed a second person to make it easier. Works great! My cat absolutely loves it and took to it in a day. We both appreciate that she doesn’t need my help any more getting out, as raising the window was a hassle. The ability to lock it so she can only come in makes it easy to set a time when we don’t want her to go back out while still letting her come in of her own volition. Also great that we’ll be getting fewer mosquitoes in the house. I wish there was more padding included since the knobs for extending the panels make it so that the bottom is not flush with my window.
