I like to start a review with the packaging. So, it came in a box, very well cared for inside, fragile label on all sides, and it arrived via FedEx in perfect condition. Good job, Fedex!! Upon assembly I noticed it was very straight forward (mechanical mind not necessary), the instructions were clear and written in my language. Looking at this beautiful piece fully assembled made me feel almost awe struck, with its glowing copper eagle, and brass cardinal directions. Solid piece! I've capped the cupola I'm building with it and it made it even more pretty! The only downside that I could find us that it does not come with the mount. Not really a downside though and if I had read the description better I would've known that before the purchase. You will love this piece. I am brand new to composting and this definitely meets my needs. Once assembled, it is a good size, lightweight, and easy to use. I took off a star because I found assembly to be challenging. Instructions were just ok. It requires over 40 little screws and bolts in some hard-to-reach places. Tough on fingers and fingernails. Calls for a wrench to tighten but no room to get a wrench in. Has small ventilation holes on sides - was wishing there were some on the top-facing surfaces to let sunlight in. it tumbles easily and is easy to fill. All said, I'm happy with it!. Anne.
