I love these two power lift recliners. They were assembled & installed perfectly. However one of the remotes was damaged in shipping( photo attached). The survivor was used to test both chairs a worked very well. I would like to request a replacement for the damaged unit Thank you in advance Lyric Baremore PS. I’m pleasantly surprised by how convincing the faux leather looks — it gives the appearance of real leather without the high-maintenance feel. The chair itself feels sturdy, well-made, and overall great quality. One of my favorite features is the lift function it’s especially helpful on the knees and makes getting up much easier and more comfortable. The vibrationmassage feature is okay — pretty much what you’d expect from a chair in this category.
