This lamp was relatively easy to assemble with 3 parts which all screw together. The only complexity was removal the protective plastic around the product and managing the cord which ran through the center of each part. While one person could easily assemble this, it was helpful to have second person prop up the parts while being screwed together. The results speak for themselves. The lowest hanging of the 5 lights rests at about 5’3” and the highest at 6’2” as described. The light is a natural warm color which plays well against neutral tones instead of washing them out. I wasn't sure if the pendants would provide the lighting needed but decided to give them a try. The quality and design for the price are good. They were easy to install where there already was wiring for pendants and took about 20 minutes. The 2nd picture shows the ring for adjusting the length. The 3rd picture is how they are packaged in the box which was surprising as the box was smaller than I expected. The instructions are adequate. Since 3 came to the set, 2 were hung in the kitchen and the 3rd is in the foyer. The amount of light they provide, especially at night is perfect for the kitchen and even provides some light to an adjacent room.
