Haven't had a chance to truly test it out yet but it looks really well made and came out of the dishwasher looking great. The blade does appear to be sharp, which is obviously a good thing, but I'm probably going to use these protective gloves I got for use with my mandolin. However, and it's not just Wayfair I've noticed, but it came very poorly packaged. It was shoved in a plastic pouch with no bubble wrap or anything else to protect it.
