[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shoe organizer is really heavy. The instructions are straight forward. One piece came minimally damaged, but it did not affect its function. I was able to easily put the piece together by myself with one exception. It was nearly impossible for me to balance holding all of the long center upright pieces in place while I attempted to put the top piece on as instructed. There are too many pieces that have to fit together (dowels and other metal pin-like parts). Two of the center pieces fell over and although they still worked, the dowels at the base caused damage. This could have easily been avoided had I used a helping hand in the first place, but up to that point I did not need assistance. I do love how the piece swivels.
