This gazebo came well packaged. The instructions were spot on and we had it done in 14 hours. It is very sturdy and well thought out. I suggest that you seal the wood before putting it together as others have said. We mounted this to a pre- existing concrete patio. The mounting bolts were a little small so we changed out the way we mounted it to the slab. This thing is not moving! I had one missing part and I called them on a Sunday and a holiday weekend at that and they answered. I gave them the serial number and the part number and the gal said it will arrive in 2-5 days. This gazebo came out amazing. This is not something for a beginner to put together though. It came on a shipping palet with 5 very heavy boxes. It took my husband about a week to get it together. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello Frigidaire. I bought this unit along with the gallery window unit because I know that your Gallery units are quiet. Both are used in bedrooms - one needed to have the portable as it is an egress for fire dept. Anyway, in the past the portable units I bought from LG as well as De'Longhi ALL had a coupler to snap into place. This helps to keep the hose where it needs to be. Your unit even has the tabs to snap said coupler into the unit. BUT there was not one provided. Am thinking Frigidaire forgot this as opposed to thinking it was not needed. The hose does not attach to that base and could easily come out. I hate to duct tape it as it will definitely leave sticky residue and frankly when I pay this much for a unit, I expect it will have all connectors included. Used it for the first time today and working good for our purpose. We have a trucking company and driver sleeps in the truck. Needed a way to cool down in summer. We thought it would be to much and freeze him out but It seems to cool the truck down about 15 degrees from the outside temperature. Comfortable for sleeping. Use a generator to power it. So far so good, haven’t completed the assembly yet. All of the parts arrived in good condition, only a couple small scratches on the pillars. Otherwise the aluminum seems very sturdy and thick. It took 2 guys about 4 hours to get the gazebo frame assembled as first picture shows. NOTE it doesn’t include screen material for the upper second roof tier.
