I was very hesitant to order this cabinet , it did not have any reviews and was vague regarding the material and the assembly . It was delivered mostley assembled , i just needed to screw on the feet ,and it was packed very well . I am still not sure what the material is but it is sturdy and heavy , you need two people to pick it up . It looks exactly like the pictures , it appears to be a painted design , and I really like the look, I have a 55 inch TV on it . I had an issue with one of the shelves , they are secured to the cabinet and one had broken off , I spoke with customer service and they corrected the problem to my satisfaction. Anne.
