Easy to assemble with simple instructions. Sleek looking and functional. I immediately set up on our balcony terrace and enjoyed radiated warm dry heat. Bonus it also gives off light so you can read outside at night. If you put on floor, the top pan gets very hot so be cautious if you have toddlers close by. We had our contractor install two of these heaters with the covered patio extension we built last spring. We spend a ton of time enjoying our patio year round and these heaters were put to the test and passed with flying colors. The heaters were easy to operate with the remote controls and they provided a surprisingly decent amount of heat for residential units. I love how easy these were to get out of box and hung and working. They don’t put out a ton of heat. I accidentally ordered two, but decided to use both.
