These solar lights are beautiful but I have tried and tried to remove the plastic cover off the solar panel area on one of them. I even read that I could use warm water and that did not work. I also read you can warm it up with a blow dryer and that did not work. I am being extra careful to not damage the surface. These lights look great and add a really nice touch to the landscape. The quality exceeded my expectations, nice light, not overpowering. Assembly was straightforward, and the components fit together easily. Installation was also fairly simple. I had an electrician handle the wiring to ensure everything was done correctly, and the process appeared simple. Depending on your yard and wiring setup, some digging may be required to run the cable, but I was told that this is typical for low-voltage landscape lighting.
