Very well built great quality. Little darker than we thought but still beautiful. One problem for us. It says no assembly however you do have to screw in the 5 legs, note one is a balance leg you can adjust In order to do this you have to lay the dresser on it’s back and this thing is very heavy. The legs screw in easy but good luck lifting this back up by yourself . The 5th leg is great for you can self balance the dresser. All in all a great beautiful dresser. I purchased this in eight foot lengths to install all over the house: living room, den, four bedrooms, and hallway. It is beautifully intricate in design and has held up over the years with no cracking or chipping. We painted it a white semi-gloss. My only minor concern is that in the winter it does shrink a bit at the seams, showing gaps. But I think a little white caulk would take care of it. Added plus: we had one wall that was curved.
