Nice door! We added a white piece of wood for the top rail to mount on. Warning, door itself comes in multiple pieces that need to be put together. Luckily the hubby is handy. Not overly difficult but not expected. Also there is a thin protective film over entire door that needs removing. Nothing in instructions says to remove, but finish is MUCH nicer without it.. The electric ladder is convenient and unique to use. I like the way it was designed so it can be hidden on the top ceiling. I will give 5 stars if the space between steps is smaller. Belinda. Tue Feb 24 2026
