This washing machine is very easy to operate via its touch control panel. Heavy, Soft, Normal, Rapid and Soak programs, you are allowed to quickly start the machine as you need. You can customize washing program by selecting load size, adding additional wash time, rinse time and spin time as well.

Smaller than I expected but it gets the job done we have 7 people in our house which produces about 16.5 pounds of laundry weekly gets the job done in 1 and a half loads. Many people have reported flooding from this product but it is because they lave the faucet on full water leaving it alone but the machine has a valve inside that accepts water at times when need which you just turn on the faucet. The machine is able to dry the clothes about 95 which is about the same my local laundromat dries. this is way more cost effective than having to pay 7.70 per machine which we use two of at the laundromat. when it is done i just hang it up which dries in one day. This portable washer has honestly made laundry so much easier. It’s compact enough for smaller spaces but still holds a good amount of clothes and cleans really well. Excellent! I couldn't be happier! couple of corrections: the size is 2.3 Cu not 2.6 Cu as advertised and the brand name is Nictemaw not Homdox as some might think (both corrections right from the manual that came with it), it is such an efficient and large size machine perfect for a family of 3 no problem as advertised, it requires an adopter to connect to your faucet, wright down the specs of that adaptor you need to purchase 13/16 to 55/64 (nobody mentioned that so thought I would save you the time and effort), the machine automatically drains water so the motor is dual and it has cold/ hot water inlets, so that even if you move out of the apartment into a place where laundry set up is offered you can still use it, built light plastic hence portable, however, sturdy, plus large stainless tub and strong dual motor, with all 8 preprogramed wash cycles offered I am so happy, also, I am able to control the water level and temp, other features such as; wheels built for mobility, beeping if door is open, child lock, delayed start, pause button to add or remove items or add more soap while working and fuzzy logic are the icing on the cake!, finally, truly quite compared to other machines out there! the clothes came out clean only air dry was needed! comes with two hoses, one for hot and the other for the cold inlet and two connections one for each hose, additionally, if you want to use it only with cold water, they provided a cap to close the hot inlet to prevent any leaking that may occur (never experienced any just a precaution). I love this tower! Moved laundry to the first floor from the basement in a 100yo home. They nicely fit into a closet and are quiet and very efficient. Only 2 tbs of detergent needed, if you use too much you’ll get a notification for the app. Oh that’s great too, the app also alerts you when the washer and dryer are done or if there are any problems. Make sure they are properly installed, the dryer needs to have drainage. The guy who installed mine hadn’t installed an electric heat pump dryer yet and didn’t realize which led to a build up of water in the washer pan and the clothes would be damp. I've had this unit for a year now and can attest to its reliability and performance. My condo has a small laundry closet and this is the only front-loading LG model that would fit. It is quiet and most of my laundry comes out clean and ready for the dryer. I find that the dryer actually works comparably to a vented dryer and it is easier on my clothes. My condo association discourages ventless dryers because of its prior experiences with water damage from leaks into other units which are not as much of an issue with the newer ventless technology. I love that I don't have to worry about pulling the unit out of the closet to periodically clean the dryer vent. My only issue is that sometimes laundry will come out with dry streaks indicating that the wash cycle was somehow not fully soaked the garments, even when stacked in the drum according to the manual. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. 28 Inch Gas Front Load Dryer with 7.4 cu. ft. Capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer does an amazing job and there are soooo many options to ensure your clothes get the right drying temp, etc. that they need. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!!
