Used this WL550 sealer on a powerwashed 20+ year old patio. This product did a good job reviving some color without the fake looking shine of sealers with glossy finishes. I wouldn't call it a 100% "wet look' when done -- would have preferred a little darker -- but given the age of the patio, the results were pretty good. I used about 2 1/3 gallons to cover 365 sq ft using a pump sprayer. Product had a strong odor, but it dissipated soon after the job. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this product free from Influenster for my honest opinion. The product came out of the tube easily, which I like. I've had others that are very hard to get out of the tube, even using a caulking gun. So that's a plus. Next, it's a very smooth product that came out of the tube without skipping. It also dried quickly, which is a plus when you're on a time crunch and need to get done fast. All in all, it's a great product. The smell, of course, was bad, but usually is with sealant. I purchased 2 of these magnificent lighting units. Plan on a 1-2 day job for your electrician, (2 units took 2 days). They have to reinforce your ceiling with wood between the joists. These fixtures are MAGNIFICENT!. Use only the LED dimmers listed in the installation manual to assure flicker-free dimming. A real plus is that these units use replaceable LED bulbs. Other cheaper units do not, which means on the cheaper units you toss the whole fixture. The lead crystal "pendants" on this are magical. I'm going to post photos. You can adjust the pendant cords to any length/configuration you want. These are on either side of my bed in Master Bedroom. A real show-stopper.
