[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!. I was very excited about this puff machine haven't tried it yet just got it today fast shipping Wayfair gets a thumbs up for that and email updates that simplified the process my only issue is the packaging on the inside of the discreet brown box was damaged and the item appears used and parts are dirty like the extrusion parts are dirty looked like I got sold a refurbished item without the refurbished price this item used to be 98$ and mine was almost double for not brand new sad this was a gift.
