Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws..
