This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. The shine on our dishes was wonderful. I will tell you the top (silverware) drawer is a game-changer. If I could change anything, it would be to make it more easy to work friendly. My pans do not come clean, the food is off but the stain rings are on sides and bottom. Our only complaint is that the downward opening door to the microwave is difficult to access for shorter people. So far I have only used the conventional bake feature, but it works fine. Will be testing convection and other features soon. The BIG design flaw is that when the cycle is complete it simply shuts off, no indicator light that the cycle has been completed. Major over-sight, possibly they could modify it with a sw update?
