I had purchased an 8-inch GreenPan from Wayfair previously. I recently fried tofu in that pan. Frying tofu in a stainless steel or cast iron pan was difficult because the tofu sticks too much. It was easy in the GreenPan, and cleanup was no problem. I decided I needed a bigger GreenPan. The price for the 10-inch and 12-inch set was a bargain - just $20 more than the 12-inch pan along. We have a gas range, which seems to heat up most handles and utensils. With the GreenPan, the handle stays relatively cool. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings.
